They monitor our site daily and are ready to assist you and compete for your business today.

Whether you require materials only, services only, partial build-out or a complete turn-key quote or bid for your construction project, our "Construction Subscribers" can provide you with all of the tools you need for completion and project success.

Our "Construction Subscribers" are located throughout the country. They range from small local companies to large major national corporations. It's entirely up to you to choose who you wish to deal with. Some of our clients prefer dealing only with local contacts and others have no preference at all. The choice is always up to you, however, we would suggest that you take "ALL" quotes and bids under consideration.

When you list your project for quotes or bids your project will be posted on our sister company National Construction Zone. (Please visit www.nationalconstructionzone.com).  This is where our Construction Subscribers will review your request.  Their initial contact will be made through the private messaging service we provide you (Free of Charge) from our website. 

When a "Construction Subscriber" reviews your construction project profile and feels that they have the product or service that you have requested, they will make contact with you through the private email system. They will introduce themselves and provide you with their detail profile. If you are interested in their service or product it will be up to you to respond. After communication has been established with both parties it will be up to you to continue the private messaging or you may provide the "Construction Subscriber" with your own preferred contact method.

No, it is up to you to choose which "Construction Subscribers" you wish to contact. We would suggest that you respond to as many as possible because the more quotes and bids you get, will help you better determine which product or service to go with.

After the "Construction Subscriber" reviews your construction project through our sister company National Construction Zone, they will contact you via our private messaging service.  Be sure to check your messages daily for best results.  This method is used to protect your initial identity.  The Construction Subscriber message will contain their profile and the products or services they represent.  If you are interested in their product or service, it will be your decision to initiate direct contact so you can further discuss your project details.  At that point the Construction Subscriber will provide you with the bid or quote you request and in the manner you choose.

Your project will be listed for 90 days. If you need more time you may extend and renew your project profile at 90 day intervals. If you are satisfied with your quotes prior to the 90 day mark you may place your project on “hold”.  However, we strongly urge you to continue your listing because every day new contractors, manufacturers and suppliers join us. They just may represent a product or service that you were unaware of.

Your project will never be deleted.  They will remain in the ABS archives for review and historical data.  However, after 90 days your project will go into archive.  If you should need more time, you will need to resubmit your project.

You may list as many projects as you wish.  There are no limit requirements, however, each project must be listed separately.
